Please note this will be a full time in office position from 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday.

What your day to day will look like:

  • Purchase all products and service requests, receive stock and non-stock items ensuring specifications, quality and inventory levels are correct.
  • Monitor and communicate deliveries of items between suppliers, transfers of equipment to different sites, and prepare stock orders.
  • Assist with the shipping, receiving, organizing, storing and issuing of cleaning supplies, equipment and chemicals for timely deliveries.
  • Perform data entry and process a purchase orders.
  • Process monthly shop sales, repair order, daily dol and invoices for the Accounting department in a timely manner and transfer to spreadsheet for tracking.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 2-3 years minimum administrative or purchasing experience
  • Post secondary education in Purchasing/ Supply chain management is preferred
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Products
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment with outstanding communication and organization skills.
  • Growing company so flexibility and adaptability required.
